After reading various stories on the web about using discarded pallets as planter boxes, I set to work borrowing some pallets from a nearby construction site and enlisting the expertise of my friend and confectioner, Greg. Veraciously tearing the pallets to pieces,after day one our progress was a little slower than expected.
But after reconvening on day two with more serious weaponry the end result was exactly what I wanted. Now we just need to replicate it a couple of times over and I will have the perfect platform to start growing.
